Atemoya season is ending. This fruit is one of our favorites because the texture is similar to cherimoya, but its sweeter.
It contains antioxidants that protect the body from oxidative stress and help repair damaged cells and maintain proper cell health.
Make sure to wait until the atemoya is soft all over before eating. You should be able to open it easily with your hands when its ripe.
