Gac Fruit *Pre-Order*
Gac fruit contains carotenoids such as beta-carotene and high levels of vitamin E. Fatty acids in the aril oil may facilitate absorption of fat-soluble nutrients, including carotenoids.
Due to its high content of beta-carotene and lycopene, gac is usually added to smoothies, soups, juices, or rice dishes for added nutrients.
The Gac fruit has little to no flavor.
It has a very short harvest season, usually late November to January.
This fruit is very rare in availability at this moment. There is a small season in which only a few fruits ripen at a time on the vine. If you preorder this fruit, you are placing your name on a first come-first serve list which means you will have first dibs for our next harvest. This could potentially take months depending on the time that you order.
