We are now offering a new passionfruit variety called golden passionfruit! It has a thick yellow skin, oftentimes tinged with spots of lime green. The inside of its shell has soft white walls that encase a very juicy yellow-orange pulp and many little edible seeds. Its flavor is sweet, acidic and tropical with mild floral notes.
Passionfruits are best eaten when the outer shell is very wrinkly. That's when it is most ripe.
