We are excited to announce that we began fulfilling some very patient mango pre-orders this week. Mango season is typically mid May through late August in South Florida. Now is a great time to pre-order, but please be patient and allow us a few weeks to catch up.
It's also looking like we will begin harvesting lychees very soon. There will be a blog post with more information on each variety we are offering this year coming soon. Lychee season typically only lasts a month so get your order in ASAP.
It's been extremely hot and humid here which means starting next week, we highly recommend selecting overnight shipping at the checkout for extra security. Overnight shipping means you get your box the day after we ship it, not the day after you order.
Each box we pack is slightly different due to the size, shape, weight, and availability of each fruit.
Our small boxes are one layer of fruit and our large boxes are two layers separated by a compostable "pillow".
Bananas grow year round here in South Florida, but each week there are different varieties ready to harvest.
Some varieties may not fully change color or get spots when ripe, the best way to tell when a banana is ripe is by softness.
