Each box we pack is slightly different due to the size, shape, weight, and availability of each fruit.
Our small boxes are one layer of fruit and our large boxes are two layers separated by a compostable "pillow".

The photo above is of some vegan rainbow sushi we made last weekend. We cooked a Hawaiian purple sweet potato with brown rice to naturally turn it purple. I topped it with caviar lime. It was delicious.

Lovely variety of tropical fruits! My family and I are enjoying them so much...embodied sunshine and so electric💫The flavors are amazing and the love with which they were nurtured is beautifully felt. The cacao was a huge flavor surprise (bursts of almost pineapple-like flavor) and the canistel was richly moist, custard sweet. The yellow pitaya so juicy and the bananas very creamy!
