After over five years, our freeze-drying journey is coming to an end, or at least a pause.
We are selling most of our freeze dryers and will keep just one for very special occasions. It's been a blast preserving our fruit with this unique method, but we just can't keep it going since each small batch takes over 2 days to complete. The amount of time and energy required is not sustainable for us to continue anymore.
Instead, we plan to offer a large variety of durian and other rare frozen fruits so keep your eyes peeled for more announcements coming soon!
