It's a new month. Every day there are new reasons to start fresh and be the best versions of ourselves. There's no better time than now to take care of yourself.
Some of the many ways we have been taking care of ourselves lately is: going to sleep and waking up early, consistent exercise, eating fruit every day, and drinking water as much as possible.
We are feeling the seasonal changes here as the days get longer and the rain gets more frequent (it downpours for about an hour almost every day here in the summer). Staying on top of our health and hydration is especially important during this time as the temperature and humidity increases.
Each box we pack is slightly different due to the size, shape, weight, and availability of each fruit.
Our small boxes are one layer of fruit and our large boxes are two layers separated by a compostable "pillow".
Bananas grow year round here in South Florida, but each week there are different varieties ready to harvest.
Some varieties may not fully change color or get spots when ripe, the best way to tell when a banana is ripe is by softness.

This week we added small and large box sizes to our red atemoya box as a result of the season peaking and the harvests getting larger.

Every bite of whole musang king durian is consistently delicious yet somehow each one has such a unique flavor. We've eaten ones that tasted like popcorn, caramel flan, peanut butter, vanilla ice cream, and even nacho cheese.
Here's a recent review from our customer Tita C:
I was given a small box as a gift, and ever since, I have ordered two more boxes for friends. For anyone who loves food, or has a sense of adventure, this is the perfect gift. To yourself or anyone else. The fruit was delicious and each one a discovery as I hadn't heard of or tried many of them. The handy information on when the fruit will ripen was so helpful. I literally had fruit for a couple weeks - because of the different ripening timetables. I had so much fun! This is my all-time favorite gift to give or get❤️
