Important things to remember while supporting our small business this time of year:
After you place an order, you will get an order confirmation email.
When the label is printed for your order, you will receive a notification via email with your tracking info.
Labels are often printed in advance so we recommend signing up for free UPS email or text notifications to see when your box is shipped and when it’s expected to be delivered.
The only way to contact us about your order is via email miamifruitsales@gmail.com
Our small customer service team’s business days are Monday-Thursday.
During the holidays, please allow up to 3-5 business days for a response via email.
Since we only harvest fruits at peak ripeness (while still hard enough to ship), your in season order may be shipped up to 1-3 weeks after you place an order (Unless you specifically order the Holiday Box where you get to select the week it ships).
The packing team can only ship fresh (in season/available) fruit Monday-Wednesdays. On Thursdays, fresh fruit orders must be shipped overnight (next day air) to ensure they arrive before the weekend. Next day air shipping can be selected at the checkout.
Please get your boxes inside as soon as they are delivered, specially if you live somewhere with freezing temperatures!
Once you have your box, open it and remove the fruit as soon as possible. Lay it on a flat surface to ripen evenly.
Check out our ripening guide for more info on how to tell when your fruit is ripe and when to eat it.
If you love the fruit, please leave a review! Look out for an email from us asking for a review after you get your order.
Your support means the world to us. We are wishing you a fruitful holiday season.
