Cacao is BACK! We are shipping cacao this Tuesday. Since we import this fruit from Ecuador, we don't always know exactly when we will have it, but this week we are getting a new shipment. So make sure to get your order in for cacao ASAP to join in on the fresh harvest.
White dragonfruit is still available. We have been including one in every variety box. Some may talk down on this fruit for its lack of sweetness, but if you ever try juicing this fruit, your mind will be blown by the sweet flavor extracted from the pulp.
Speaking of subtle sweetness, black sapote is still available to ship this Tuesday, but it is becoming more limited. Make sure to order as soon as you can if you don't want to miss out on the season this year.
Canistel is also in season right now, but not for long. Luckily, some varieties will randomly fruit throughout the year, so sometimes we get lucky and have another season in the summer.
Our soursop supply is sort of limited right now. This fruit grows year round in Grenada, but the amount ready to harvest on the trees does fluctuate. Still we expect to be able to ship all of your orders this Tuesday.
Yellow dragonfruit is still a popular fruit among our customers. It is ripe and ready to eat as soon as you get it, and tastes unbelievably sweet.
Speaking of sweet, you must try a perfectly ripe sapodilla. This fruit has been abundant lately so we have been able to include more in the variety boxes. Make sure to wait until it is soft enough to peel open with your hands before enjoying.
If you find a funny looking green stick in your box, it is most likely sugarcane. You can peel or cut off the outer skin and chew up the inside fibers to extract a super sweet juice. Make sure to spit out the fiber when you're done chewing.
Our avocados are not always this big, but they are always amazing. There are over 100 different varieties of avocado growing in South Florida alone. People who are used to only seeing a hass variety are often shocked to see avocados this big. We can assure you big avocados are completely natural and are NOT GMO so you can eat your big avocado with a big smile on your face too.
If you've been wanting to try some of the very limited availability fruits that we have, try to order the premium variety box. We send the most rare fruits we have available in those boxes and we ship them overnight to make sure the more tree ripened fruits like sugarapple arrive in the best condition possible.
Passionfruit is not super rare here, but it is super delicious. We usually include them in regular and premium variety boxes. Most varieties are naturally sour, but when paired with sweet fruits, they make an explosion of flavor in your mouth.
