We are harvesting more black sapote this Monday. The season is peaking. Don't wait because the season will end soon. We have been seeing you all on instagram making some amazing recipes with this wonderful fruit. It's easy to blend with cacao powder and dates for a classic chocolate pudding.

How to Eat Cherimoya 
Wait until soft all over. It should feel soft like a ripe avocado. Don't wait until it is too soft though. It doesn’t take long to ripen at room temperature. Once it is ripe it must be eaten within a day or refrigerated to last longer.
When it is ripe, you can either cut in slices and eat like a soursop, or cut in half and eat with a spoon. Spit out the seeds. Outer skin is not sweet. The white flesh around the seeds is juicy and sweet

Pisang raja bananas are one of our favorite varieties. Sometimes the skin has an orange tint. It is known as banana king in Malaysia.

This is a hidden gem called tree tomato. It tastes similar to a tomato and orange.
Cut in half and eat the insides with a spoon. 
Personally I enjoy eating this fruit at night with some noni and greens. It makes a savory and satisfying treat to the taste buds
