Rollinia is a rare, sweet fruit from the annona family grown on our sustainable farm in South Florida. Its unique taste is similar to lemon meringue pie and peach cobbler, and the texture can be slimy depending on the variety.
Cherimoya is grown in tropical and subtropical regions throughout the world. This popular Annona is mildly sweet and creamy, making it a delicious treat.
Atemoya is a fruit native to the American Tropics. It is a rare member of the Annona family, created by mixing sugar apple and cherimoya. The flesh of Atemoya is juicy and firm, much like that of a cherimoya. Its flavor is sweet, similar to that of a sugar apple, with notes of pineapple, coconut, and banana.
Red Atemoya is a cross between the Geffner atemoya and the San Pablo custard apple. This unique variety has red outer skin and white flesh with a mild sweetness and a slight hint of berry flavor. Red Atemoya's texture is smooth and chewy, similar to the Geffner variety. Wait until it’s super soft like a custard apple before eating!
Our Lisa Atemoya is a cross between a Libby cherimoya and Red Sugar Apple. The taste is sweet, with a hint of berry, and the flavor is similar to an Atemoya, but more juicy and sweet like a sugar apple.
Sugar Apple is native to the tropics of South America and the West Indies, and is also cultivated in tropical regions around the globe. Sugar Apple is the most widely grown member of the Anonna family. Our sugar apple is grown in South Florida and is typically ready to harvest in the middle of summer and winter. It is one of the sweetest and juiciest Annonas.
