The flavor is incredibly sweet and full of flavor, reminiscent of bubblegum. The texture is delightfully creamy and juicy.
 Our Mushy Jackfruit is grown in small quantities on our farm in South Florida and will be in season for a very limited time.
This is the soft “MUSHY” variety! It easily peels open and has very little latex. Before cutting open, press on the outside; it should have lots of give. Also, the Jackfruit should have a fruity smell before you cut into it.
