Guinep season is HERE đź’š

Mamoncillo season is back!

Experience the delectable flavors of the tropics with this tasty fruit, which brings nostalgia to so many of our fruit-loving customers!

Mamoncillo originates from South America but grows here in South Florida in very limited quantities. This fruit is also very popular in Central America and the Caribbean.

Mamoncillos are the perfect balance of sour and sweet. The best way we can describe them is as lime-flavored longans, but their texture is softer and less chewy than that of other soapberries.

This amazing fruit is related to rambutan, longan, and lychee!

Some common names are: Guinep, Limoncillo, Kenep, Quenepa, Chenette, Mamon, Huaya, and more!

They arrive ripe and ready to eat right away. Refrigerate or freeze any leftovers.
