Origin: Valencia Pride is a classic Florida mango variety that originated from a Haden mango seedling selected in Miami, Florida. It has become one of the most popular backyard and commercial mango varieties due to its vigorous growth, beautiful coloration, and exceptionally large fruit. Valencia Pride mangoes are typically harvested from June through August, making them one of the later-season mango varieties available in South Florida.
Flavor Profile: Valencia Pride mangoes are known for their sweet, tropical flavor with hints of peach, coconut, and citrus. The flesh is juicy, smooth, and nearly fiberless, creating a refreshing eating experience that is loved by mango enthusiasts of all ages.
How To Eat: Mangos should be left on a counter or in a pantry at room temperature of 70 degrees Fahrenheit or above for optimal ripening. Once soft all over, cut into each cheek and spoon out the inner flesh!
This is a VERY LARGE Mango Variety.

The total weight of each box varies depending on the size, shape, and mass of the fruit:
- Large Box contains up to 8-10 pounds
- Extra Large Box contains up to 16-20 pounds
- Bulk Box contains up to 34-40 pounds
We ALWAYS recommend ordering a LARGE BOX for the best value, when compared to a Small Box. Because shipping, handling, and delivery are so expensive per package, the Large Box will contain more fruit and ultimately a better value.
