Welcome to another special edition harvest update featuring these three lovely vegan ladies, Courtney, Tory, and Annie. 
Mamey sapote has been a staple for us lately. If you like to get spicy, we highly recommend trying it with hot sauce for a savory evening meal.
Soursop is life! We have been eating the most amazing cotton candy like soursops lately, and getting loads of positive feedback from you guys.
Courtney the cutie with white dragonfruits. Even though this fruit might not be as sweet as yellow dragonfruit, it can be nice to change up the flavor, and it tends to be denser and more filling. Yellow dragonfruit will be temporarily out of season for the next few weeks.

"My mind is still absolutely blown that I got a cacao pod, full of seeds that I could eat, that taste like chocolate!

Seriously, the coolest thing I’ve ever tried!
You know the pod is ready when you shake it and can hear the cacao pulp and seeds moving around. You simply cut it open (I cut mine directly in half) and all the seeds and flesh are there for your enjoyment!
The white flesh tasted velvety and slightly sweet, while the seeds tasted, well..chocolatey. Eating them together made for a delightful treat and I loved how the seed broke to perfectly soft little nibs in my mouth!
Cacao is high in antioxidants, can cleanse the liver, provide comfort from PMS symptoms, give you energy, and even boost your spirits!
Cacao is also high in magnesium, fiber, and potassium!

Annie loved trying a star apple from our very small harvest this year. We still have a tiny amount left on the trees, but if you pre order now, please be willing to wait until next season for your order to arrive.
Atemoya is Rane’s favorite fruit in the world. We have one last harvest of this large variety this year. Get your order in before Sunday, and we will ship your box Tuesday.

Brooklynd our new friend tried sprouted coconut for the first time! She was so exited to get it that she snapped this amazing picture with it. It looks like an adorable fluffy little creature in her hands.
We harvested more jaboticaba this Monday and plan to harvest more again. There are still many pre orders patiently waiting in line. Thank you all for understanding that availability is limited on these extremely rare fruits.
This banana babe harvested a rack of Nam Wah bananas yesterday. USA grown tree ripened bananas harvested moments before they were packed into boxes for our customers.
