When a pineapple is harvested at peak readiness (mostly yellow) it is much less likely to âburnâ your mouth. Commercially grown pineapples are usually harvested unripe (green) in order to be transported all over the world.
Our pineapples are grown in South Florida and shipped directly to your door the same day they are harvested.
