☀️How to get a quick beach bod 👀 this Summer 🌊
It's officially summer in North America. If you're like most people you probably haven't been doing anything to prepare. (join the team) so here is how to love and accept your beautiful body the way it is.
1) EAT. This may seem contrary to what other 'summer body' bloggers might say, but actually eating good food will boost your mood, and when you're in a good mood, you usually feel better about yourself! (We recommend fruit because its the best food). Stop restricting and start LIVING!
2) Hydrate. Drinking water and eating water rich foods not only cools you down and prevents heat stroke, but being hydrated will also help your skin glow and improve digestion.
3) Move your body. Go on a day trip if you can't take a vacation. Swim at the beach. Moving not only helps you burn calories, but it also gets your mind off yourself and into your environment. Let this be your sign to explore that trail you've always wanted to hike. Get a little lost and have fun! (just remember to take some food and water with you in case you really get lost)
4) Spend time with friends who make you feel really good. Often times we can our own worst critics. If we spend too much time alone, it's easy to get in our heads, so make sure you're getting plenty of social interaction with people that see the beauty in you. Sometimes all you need is a little reassurance from an amazing person to remind you of what an amazing person you are, afterall, you are in a way a reflection of the people you interact with.
Mango is not only super delicious, but also super high in nutrients and can even be hydrating in the summer sun. We can't think of a better way to honor our bodies than to treat them to some very high quality mango.
