Sunrise Yellow Dragonfruit (Pitaya) This dragonfruit variety is yellow on the outside but different than our usual yellow dragonfruit variety.
This variety in particular is very similar in flavor and texture to white dragonfruit. We named it “Sunrise” Yellow to try to help differentiate it from the other yellow variety.
The sunrise yellow dragonfruit is grown in South Florida and extremely limited.
