Happy Holidays fruit family! If you ordered a box to give to someone as a gift, PLEASE open the box as soon as you receive it and air out the fruit. You can repackage the fruit into the box right before you give the gift. If you leave the box of fruit unopened until Christmas, the natural ethylene gases emitted from ripening fruit will be trapped in the box which may cause the fruit to ripen too quickly.
This is a reminder that we are taking a 2 week break from shipping orders and will be resuming regular shipments January 8th. 
You can order a box at any time from miamifruit.org, but please be willing to wait at least 2 weeks, possibly more depending on what is available/in season.
As always, we harvest every Monday and ship every Tuesday, but because Christmas and New Years fall on a Tuesday this year, we will be taking two week break.
The only fruit we WILL be shipping is soursop. You can order soursop at any time during the holidays and we will ship soursop when the fruits are ready to harvest.
You can also order the gift card at any time. The gift card is a great option for last minute gift givers and it also allows the receiver to choose what they want and when they want to receive it.

Life is best shared with friends. Come join in on Fruit & Yoga Vibes this Saturday! This FREE gathering is created by Natt from planetumoja.com and Sehfuu. There will be fruit from miamifruit and everyone is encouraged to bring fruit and/or vegan food. Natt will be guiding a relaxing yoga flow. We hear there may be some musical performances and a gardening demonstration. This is a safe space for you to go and be yourself, make friends, and celebrate life.
