We will not be shipping Thanksgiving week due to transit delays, but we will resume shipments the week after. (11/27)
We harvest every Monday and we ship every Tuesday that way the fruit is super fresh. The exception is we don't ship on weeks with holidays that delay shipments.
When your box of fruit is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. In the case of extreme weather conditions, or if you can't be home when the package is scheduled to arrive, you can ALWAYS request to pick up your box at a nearby FedEx facility. To do this, you can call 1-800-GO-FEDEX with your tracking number in hand, and request a package pick up. Its best to call a day ahead of time.
