3 Ways to Mamey Sapote ūüŹČ & Harvest Update ūüĆą

So you just recieved your box of mamey sapote, and they all ripened at the same time (it happens sometimes) What do you do?
Firstly, when your mamey is at ready to eat ripeness, you can refrigerate it for a few days to prolong the life. After a few days in the fridge, you should scoop out the flesh and freeze it.

This is simple, but sometimes we forget how amazing this tastes. Frozen mamey sapote blended with some nut milk makes the perfect milkshake! You can literally blend just frozen mamey to make a plain ice cream and add some spices to add a kick of flavor.

This will take a bit more creativity, but the result is drool worthy! You can make raw pies out of mamey sapote smoothie! Try making a simple base with dates and nuts!

Lastly, try eating it plain! Okay hear us out, this fruit is super filling, and sometimes all you need is to eat it on its own with a little cayenne pepper for an easy and delicious meal.
