Origin: The 'Gir Kesar' mango, also called Kesar, is a mango cultivar that originated in Western India.
Flavor Profile: Kesar mangoes have a distinctive flavor profile that is both sweet and sour, with a rich, succulent taste and an enticing aroma.
How To Eat: For optimal ripening, mangoes should be left on a counter or in a pantry at room temperature of 70 degrees Fahrenheit or above. Once soft all over, cut into each cheek and spoon out the inner flesh!
First come first serve, any orders that can't be shipped this season will be reserved for next season.
The total weight of each box varies depending on the size, shape, and mass of the fruit:
- Small Box contains up to 3-5 pounds.
- Large Box contains up to 8-10 pounds.
