Origin: Citrus australasica, or caviar lime, is a thorny shrub or small tree of lowland subtropical rainforest and rainforest. Our finger limes are seeded, USDA certified, and are only available for a limited time.
Flavor Profile: The flavor is like a regular key lime and the texture is very similar to caviar. This would make an amazingly identical plant based alternative!
How To Eat: Caviar Limes arrive ripe and ready to eat! Finger limes also known as (vegan caviar limes) are a delightfully delicious treat that make a super satisfying pop when squeezed. We love eating the little “pearls” as is but they also taste amazing on top of other fruits like watermelon and papaya. Please be sure to refrigerate your finger limes upon arrival if you are not planning to consume them all right away.
First come first serve, any orders that can't be shipped this season will be reserved for next season.
The total weight of each box varies depending on the size, shape, and mass of the fruit:
- One Fruit contains 1 piece of fruit (sizing varies)
- 100 Grams contains 100 grams of fruit
- Tester Box contains 200 grams
- Small Box contains 400 grams
- Large Box contains 800 grams
We ALWAYS recommend ordering a LARGE BOX for the best value, when compared to a Small Box. Because shipping, handling, and delivery are so expensive per package, the Large Box will contain more fruit and ultimately a better value.

DELICIOUS!! I love to add these on top of yogurt, other cut up fruits (bananas, melons, oranges, etc.), and my favorite is to smoothies and lemonade!!! It adds a boba-like texture and a POP of flavor to every mouthful!! This inspired me to purchase my own grafted Australian Caviar Lime tree. It's arriving tomorrow but going to take 1-3 years to yield. So, in the meantime, I'm setting up a subscription here!!! Delicious!! *note: make sure you add the lime caviar AFTER you blend the smoothie for optimum texture!

Ive been buying fruit for awhile now love the variety. The fruit tastes so good.
I really enjoy these limes, they go great in drinks where you want that lime kick. Using lime juice tends to dissipate in drinks, but when using the caviar limes, when you take a drink and release the tiny beads, you get that amazing taste of lime (that’s not watered down), I do recommend these for the best real lime taste to date

Most interesting fruit. I did the whole 'cut it in half' thing and sure enough squeezed out the little spheres and they were most delicious.

Those little crunchy marvels are the greatest!!! They enhance and add to the flavor of so many things. My favorite lunch is adding them to yogurt. My children love them and so do my grandchildren. I would have to buy by the pound to treat everyone. I find the best place temperature wise to store them is in the bottom of the right side door of my fridge.
The skin smells similar to lemon balm, so just cutting it open is a nice experience. The caviar lime is incredibly delicious - so much so that I plan on buying a plant next year. The pearls of lime pop in your mouth so you get bursts of lime-flavor. I tried them on some nachos and tacos and it was incredibly amazing. 2000/10 would recommend! Its super worth the price to get to try something like that!
I love these little gems. They truly add to the flavor of many things we eat or in drinks. Love them with yogurt. Temperature wise, I store them in the bottom shelf of my refrigerator door after checking temperatures in various other spots. My family including grandkids think they are great.

It was such a pleasure to receive mangosteens in excellent condition. We have enjoyed them so much. We also got the caviar limes and have never had so much fun with a new fruit. There are lots of recipes that will benefit from the bursts of flavor these add. There is no way to eat something with the caviar limes on it and not smile.

I have a finger lime tree that's a bit too young to produce yet. I saw Miami Fruit was selling fresh finger/caviar limes, I had to buy some to finally try and share with family and friends. I can only be patient for so long! That "pop" from the lime pearls as they burst in my mouth was far more satisfying than I could have imagined! I'm grateful Miami Fruit made the opportunity and experience possible.
