Description
Origin: The Nam Doc Mai mango (น้ำดอกไม้, also spelled Nom Doc Mai) is a mango cultivar that originated in Thailand. It is the most popular mango variety in Thailand.
Flavor Profile: These mangoes are celebrated for their intense, sweet, honeyed, floral flavor with little to no tartness or acid. Some describe their aroma as reminiscent of daffodils. The fruit's flesh is light yellow, silky smooth, and has very little fiber.
How To Eat: For optimal ripening, mangoes should be left on a counter or in a pantry at room temperature of 70 degrees Fahrenheit or above. Once soft all over, cut into each cheek and spoon out the inner flesh!
First come first serve, any orders that can't be shipped this season will be reserved for next season.
The total weight of each box varies depending on the size, shape, and mass of the fruit:
- Small Box contains up to 3-5 pounds.
- Large Box contains up to 8-10 pounds.
