Description

Origin: The Brogden Avocado is a named cultivar of avocado that originated in Florida. 'Brogden' may have been the result of a cross between Mexican and West Indian cultivars. These are Florida-grown and extremely limited availability!

Flavor Profile: Brogden avocados are highly sought out for their unique smooth skin and rich flavor. They have a thin, edible skin and oily, nutty flavor.

How To Eat: You MAY receive green and unripe avocados. They will turn black and be soft all over when ripe. The flesh is typically greenish gold, soft yet pliable, high in moisture content with a melting quality. Wait until the fruit is soft all over before eating!

First come first serve, any orders that can't be shipped this season will be reserved for next season.

The total weight of each box varies depending on the size, shape, and mass of the fruit:

  • Small Box contains up to 3-5 pounds

We ALWAYS recommend ordering a LARGE BOX for the best value, when compared to a Small Box. Because shipping, handling, and delivery are so expensive per package, the Large Box will contain more fruit and ultimately a better value.
