Origin: Jackfruit originates in the regions between the Western Ghats of Southern India all of Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and the rainforests of the Philippines, Indonesia, and Malaysia. Our Jackfruit is grown on small sustainable farms in South Florida.
Flavor Profile: Unripe jackfruit makes an excellent meat replacement. This is great when you are craving a pulled-pork sandwich, but love pigs too much to eat them.
How To Eat: There are many ways to consume this fruit, all by cooking! We suggest checking out some Youtube videos if you're looking for a fun meat alternative.
First come first serve, any orders that can't be shipped this season will be reserved for next season.
The total weight of each box varies depending on the size, shape, and mass of the fruit:
- Large Box contains up to 8-10 pounds
- Extra Large Box contains up to 16-20 pounds
- Bulk Box contains up to 34-40 pounds
