Our freeze dried fruits are made with one single ingredient.. FRUIT! Nothing added!
The process of freeze drying is better than any other preservation technique because there is no heat used to dry the product, and so the fruit stays in its raw and unaltered form. Keeping things uncooked also preserves all the nutrients and enzymes from the raw fruit.
You can find all of our freeze dried fruit in our “Dry Goods” collection. All of our freeze dried products are made by our team with our fruit.
Some of the more rare, limited, or seasonal fruits may take a while for us to harvest and freeze dry, but our team is working hard to replenish the inventory.
