Harvest Update + what's in season for November 🌳
Happy Halloween! We hope that you have some good moments today. It likely won't be the best day of your life, and it likely won't be the worst which is a comforting thought.
With so much going on right now that feels out of our control, what if we collectively decided to take better control of our health? What if we got healthy now instead of waiting for New Years?
Tonight is Halloween and a full moon. While many people you know may be making unhealthy decisions, and paying for it tomorrow, you don't have to.
Tomorrow is the first of the month, World Vegan Day, Dia de los Muertos (a celebration of the cycle of life and death), and we are right at the start of “the holiday” season where temptations are at their height so why not finish the year on a good note so that the start of 2021 is (hopefully) a breeze?
We hope this little pep talk inspires you to continue filling your kitchen with fresh vibrant foods so that your vibrancy spills out into your daily life and inspires the world to make better decisions as well.
The way we take care of our vessel is connected to the way we take care of our planet. Our internal world is a reflection of the external. Take care of yourself by letting the fruits of this beautiful planet take care of you.
Our tropical persimmon trees are early to fruit and early to end. Next week will probably the last big harvest of the season.
We expect black sapote to be ready to harvest in a few weeks. You can pre order now, and we will ship your box as soon as they're developed enough to pick.
Red dragonfruit typically goes out of season right after the holidays, so now is a great time to stock up so you can make delicious pink smoothies all year long!
We love seeing pictures like these from our customers! If you are getting creative with your fruit, feel free to send us a pic or tag us @miamifruit on instagram so we can see!
