There's a reason this variety of jujube is called Honey Jujube, it tastes like regular jujube dipped in honey!
This unique fruit is refreshingly crunchy with a small seed in the middle. I like to wait until it gets brown all over for optimal sweetness.
You can also dry this fruit and use it to make a sweet tea.
