Ciruela season is back 💚

Ciruela season is back!

Ciruela is a fruit that thrives in warm and humid climates. Our ciruela is grown on our small farm in Homestead, Florida.

Please note that we ship all ciruela when it's green and we cannot guarantee that it will ripen to a red color.

The flesh of ciruela is known to be juicy and fibrous, with a sweet-tart flavor that resembles a cross between a mango and a plum. Depending on the variety and ripeness, the flavor profile may vary, with some being more tart while others are sweeter.

Ciruela is best eaten fresh, either on its own or as an addition to fruit salads and desserts. They can also be used to make preserves, jams, and beverages like juices and smoothies. It's typically eaten unripe with lime juice and salt.

Aside from being delicious, ciruela is also rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, making it a nutritious addition to your diet.
