Origin: The Lemon Zest mango is a seedling of the Po Pyu Kalay, also known as the "Lemon Meringue" mango, which is native to Burma.
Flavor Profile: If you like lemons and orange sherbet then you will love the Lemon Zest Mango. The flesh is smooth and fiberless. The taste has strong hints of citrus, yet its still very sweet and satisfying.
How To Eat: For optimal ripening, mangoes should be left on a counter or in a pantry at room temperature of 70 degrees Fahrenheit or above. Once soft all over, cut into each cheek and spoon out the inner flesh!
First come first serve, any orders that can't be shipped this season will be reserved for next season.
