Origin: The Goldfinger banana (FHIA-01) is a banana cultivar developed in Honduras. Our Bananas are grown on small farms in South Florida. The Goldfinger banana is one of our most rapidly producing bananas.
Flavor Profile: Goldfinger Bananas have a nice, smooth flavor and make a great addition to smoothies when frozen.
How To Eat: Ensure you are ripening bananas at 70 degrees Fahrenheit or above. Always go by softness and easiness to peel. They may or may not have spots when they are ready.
First come first serve, any orders that can't be shipped this season will be reserved for next season.
The total weight of each box varies depending on the size, shape, and mass of the fruit:
- Small Box contains up to 3-5 pounds
- Large Box contains up to 8-10 pounds
We ALWAYS recommend ordering a LARGE BOX for the best value, when compared to a Small Box. Because shipping, handling, and delivery are so expensive per package, the Large Box will contain more fruit and ultimately a better value.
