Origin: Fuyu persimmons are one of the most popular varieties of persimmons, known for their crisp texture and vibrant orange skin. Unlike other persimmons, they can be enjoyed while still firm. Our Fuyu Persimmons are carefully grown to bring you the freshest taste of fall.
Flavor Profile: Sweet, mild, and honey-like with a subtle hint of cinnamon. Fuyus have a crisp bite when firm, similar to an apple, and soften to a custard-like sweetness as they ripen.
How To Eat: Fuyu persimmons are ready to eat right away—no waiting required! Simply wash, slice, and bite into the firm fruit, or let them soften for a richer, sweeter flavor. Best enjoyed on their own, sliced into salads, or paired with cheese and nuts. They can also be baked, roasted, or dried for a concentrated sweetness.
First come first serve, any orders that can't be shipped this season will be reserved for next season.

We ALWAYS recommend ordering a Large Box for the best value, when compared to a Small Box. Because shipping, handling, and delivery are so expensive per package, the Large Box will contain more fruit and ultimately a better value.
