Origin: The 'Totapuri' mango, or Ginimoothi, is a mango cultivar that is widely grown in South India and is partially cultivated in Sri Lanka. It also goes by the names Bangalore, Collector, Kallamai, Kili Mooku, Gilli, Mukku, and Sandersha.
Flavor Profile: Totapuri mangoes have a rich, tangy-sweet flavor profile and are known for their firm, fibrous texture.
How To Eat: For optimal ripening, mangoes should be left on a counter or in a pantry at room temperature of 70 degrees Fahrenheit or above. Once soft all over, cut into each cheek and spoon out the inner flesh!
First come first serve, any orders that can't be shipped this season will be reserved for next season.
The total weight of each box varies depending on the size, shape, and mass of the fruit:
- Small Box contains up to 3-5 pounds.
- Large Box contains up to 8-10 pounds.
