Description

Origin: The Badami mango, also known as Banginapalli, originates from the southern Indian states of Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh. It’s a beloved regional variety and often nicknamed the “Alphonso of Karnataka” for its exceptional sweetness and smooth texture.

Flavor Profile: These mangoes have a rich, honey-like flavor with subtle tropical notes and little to no acidity. The flesh is golden-yellow, silky smooth, and almost completely fiberless—perfect for a clean, juicy bite every time.

How To Eat: Let your mangoes ripen at room temperature—ideally around 70°F or warmer. Once they give slightly to pressure and smell fragrant, slice into the cheeks and scoop out the vibrant flesh with a spoon. Enjoy fresh, chilled, or blended into your favorite summer treat!
