Origin: Kandrian bananas, botanically a part of the Musa genus, are a rare, tropical banana variety that belongs to the Musaceae family. The small bananas are named after a district in Papua New Guinea, which is their country of origin.
Flavor Profile: This dense banana has a very rich, sweet, and spicy flavor. The texture is very thick and creamy.
How To Eat: Ensure you are ripening bananas at 70 degrees Fahrenheit or above. Always go by softness and easiness to peel.
