Your pre-order holds your place in line on our wait list. When Variegated Bananas come into season and are ready to harvest from the trees, you will receive your order as soon as possible.***
Important Info: There are multiple variegated banana varieties. You will receive variegated bananas if you order this product (when they are ready to harvest which may take months) but we cannot guarantee which variety you will receive.
Origin: Historians regard Southern Asia and the South Pacific islands as the birthplaces of Variegated bananas. Once discovered, farmers and travelers spread the bananas to Florida, the Hawaiian Islands, and other tropical regions.
Flavor Profile: These bananas are sweet and creamy!
How To Eat: Ensure you are ripening bananas at 70 degrees Fahrenheit or above. Always go by softness and easiness to peel.
First come first serve, any orders that can't be shipped this season will be reserved for next season.
The total weight of each box varies depending on the size, shape, and mass of the fruit:
- One Fruit contains 1 piece of fruit (sizing varies)
- Small Box contains up to 3-4 pounds
- Large Box contains up to 8-10 pounds
We ALWAYS recommend ordering a LARGE BOX for the best value, when compared to a Small Box. Because shipping, handling, and delivery are so expensive per package, the Large Box will contain more fruit and ultimately a better value.
