It was a successful farm day for Miami Fruit!
We woke up at 6:30 am to catch a ride to the farm with Rane's dad.
We got to the farm right before it started to heat up, and got to work weeding some overgrown garden beds.
After spending a little time out on the farm, we met up with our new vegan friend Tabby, she's interested in farming, and about to graduate from the University of Florida with an environmental science degree.
We quickly went to work weeding more beds and planting turmeric and sweet potatoes!
After a lot of time out in the Miami heat with a couple fruit munching and water sipping breaks, we were finished!
