Pink Lemon season has arrived and we can't look away from the beauty of this delectable citrus fruit.
The Pink Lemon, which is also popularly known as the "variegated pink lemon" or the "variegated Eureka lemon", is a unique citrus fruit that was discovered in Burbank, California in 1930.
The fruit's colorful and splotchy foliage is a result of a spontaneous mutation that occurred on an Eureka lemon tree.
