Mysore Bananas are a variety you don't want to miss out on! These deliciously sweet-tart bananas have been compared to candy and strawberry shortcakes. Despite their hardy plants, they have delicate skin. Once you take a bite, it's hard to resist having just one.
Nam Wah bananas originate from southeast Asia but are now grown worldwide in tropical regions. These bananas are known for their rich, sweet vanilla flavor and thick, silky texture when they are fully ripe.
Pink Seeded Banana aka musa velutina is a wild banana species native to Assam and the eastern Himalayas. Its seeds are very hard and viable. The soft pulp surrounding the seeds is edible.
