A very smart and lovely woman named Liz introduced me to Miami Fruit and I had never really tried the Sea Moss while she had it but I needed to incorporate something that had a lot of vitamins and minerals, iodine and antioxidants, etc (so I have read that it has). Surprisingly, I noticed a difference in my mood and just overall being during my day after only a week of taking a large tablespoon each day with my smoothie. It seems to provide me what I was needing to better my nutrition for now. I'm happy I have gotten this and will continue to more than likely get some fruits and veggies from MF in the near future.

I have noticed over the last month, the portions have gotten smaller and smaller. You see, I use this for resale and everything I use is weighed out and portioned in order to maintain consistency with each batch I make. I asked about this in the past and was mocked for asking.
